er99's commitment to responsible gambling
Entertainment is best when it stays within limits. er99 provides effective tools and support to protect you — because your safety is our top priority.
What is responsible gambling and why does it matter
Online gaming and betting can be an enjoyable form of entertainment — but it is only healthy when you maintain control over your time, money, and mental wellbeing. er99 believes every user's experience should be safe, informed, and enjoyable.
Responsible gambling means knowing how much you will play, how much you will spend, and when to stop. This is not a sign of weakness — it is the mark of a mature player.
Before playing on the er99 platform, it is important to understand a few basic points. Always treat gambling as entertainment — never as a source of income or a solution to financial problems. Winning or losing in any game is a normal outcome. Trying to play more in order to recover lost money can be dangerous.
On our platform you will find a range of protective tools that give you full control over your own play. From deposit limits to self-exclusion — everything is right at your fingertips.
er99's protection tools
We have put several effective measures in place to keep you safe. Use these tools and keep your entertainment healthy.
Deposit Limit
Set your own maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit takes time to come into effect, but lowering one works instantly.
Time Limit
You can set a maximum amount of time you spend on the platform each day. When that time is up, your session will end automatically and you will receive a notification.
Time-Out
Use the time-out feature when you want to take a short break. Your account can be temporarily suspended for anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks. While a time-out is active you will not be able to log in.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gambling is getting out of your control, apply for self-exclusion. Your account will remain closed on a long-term basis and you will not receive any promotional communications from er99.
Gambling History Review
You can view your complete betting and gaming history at any time. How much time you have spent, how much you have deposited and withdrawn — all the information is available in one place.
24/7 Support
For any issue, contact us via live chat or email. Support is available in both Bengali and English, at any time of day or night.

Practical tips for healthy gambling
Follow a few basic rules for a healthy and enjoyable experience on er99. These are small habits, but over the long term they will protect you from serious harm.
Set a budget
Decide how much you will spend before you start playing. Only use money that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life. Never include rent, food, or your children's education expenses in your budget.
Control your time
Playing for hours on end without a break is harmful to your mental and physical health. Set a fixed time to play and take breaks. Our time limit feature will do this for you automatically.
Don't play based on emotion
It is best not to start playing when you are feeling down, angry, or anxious. In that state, your ability to make decisions is reduced and your tendency to take greater risks increases. Rest instead, and talk to someone close to you.
Don't gamble under the influence of alcohol or substances
Alcohol or other substances impair your judgement, which can lead to placing larger bets. Always play on er99 with a clear mind.
Keep minors away from access
er99 follows a strict 21+ policy. Never share your account login details with anyone. If there are children or teenagers in your household, use a password lock on your device.
Don't assume a win is guaranteed
The outcome of every game is random and does not depend on previous wins or losses. There is no strategy that guarantees a win. View gambling as entertainment, not as an investment.
