General Terms & Conditions and Consent

By accessing, using, or registering on the er99 platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions stated here. These terms form a legal agreement between er99 and all users of the platform.

These terms apply to users of online entertainment services in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the er99 platform.

Scope of Application: These terms apply to the er99 website, mobile version, and all services provided through er99. This includes live casino, sports betting, slot games, crash games, and all other gaming services.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services at er99, you must be at least 21 years old. Creating an account for anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. er99 may request identity verification for age checks at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate, up-to-date, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure without verification. If any changes occur to your identity details, you must notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

er99 does not provide services to users in certain countries or regions. If providing services in a particular region is not permitted under applicable law, users from that region are not eligible to use er99.

Account Security & Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised or accessed without authorization, notify the er99 support team immediately.

• Use a strong password made up of a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Change your password regularly.
• Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported at er99:

• bKash — Bangladesh's popular mobile banking service
• Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking
• Bank Transfer — Through major commercial banks such as Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and others

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for all payment methods. The maximum deposit limit depends on the account type and verification level.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if account verification is not complete or a security review is required, it may take a bit longer.

The following conditions must be met before withdrawing:

• Account identity verification must be completed.
• For withdrawals of funds earned from bonuses, the bonus wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
• It is preferable that the withdrawal method and the deposit method are the same.
• Any pending verification requests on the account must be resolved.

4.4 Ownership of Funds

Only payment methods registered in the account holder's name may be used. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at er99 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). For example, to withdraw funds from a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 (1,500 × 20) must be wagered.

The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Different games may contribute differently towards completing the wagering requirement.

5.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If gaming strategies are used to circumvent bonus terms, the bonus will be cancelled.
• er99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses apply only to eligible Bangladeshi users.

5.4 VIP Program

er99's VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier based on regular play and activity:

• Bronze Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, with additional benefits.
• Gold Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8% and exclusive privileges.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

er99 is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. The Random Number Generator (RNG) technology used on the platform produces unbiased results. Users may not use bots, automation software, or any third-party tools that provide gaming advantages.

6.2 Finality of Game Results

The results of all games are final and binding. If a game result becomes uncertain due to a technical error, er99 will make a final decision after review, and that decision will be binding for all parties.

6.3 Sports Betting

Specific betting rules apply for betting on various sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If an event is cancelled or postponed, claims will be settled in accordance with er99's betting policy. If any betting linked to match-fixing or manipulation is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the er99 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Using bots, macros, scripts, or any other automation software.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs and sharing them with others.
• Committing fraud, deception, or harassment against other users.
• Falsely claiming to be an employee or representative of er99.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another person's account.
• Using a third party's credit card or payment method.
• Making fraudulent claims through chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes.

If any of the above activities are detected, er99 reserves the right to close the account and confiscate the balance without notice.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by er99

er99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these terms.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If account verification information is false or incomplete.
• In response to directions from law enforcement agencies.
• If an investigation is required under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account, they can notify the er99 support team directly. An opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before the account is closed.

Privacy & Data Protection

er99 gives the highest priority to the security of users' personal information. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption technology. The detailed policy on collection, use, and storage of personal data is available on our Privacy Policy page.

er99 does not sell user data to third parties. However, information may be shared to a limited extent as required by legal obligations, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

Responsible Gaming
